FRESH OR FROZEN ?

Ok here we are launching our new Organic Blog. Welcome organic friends !!!

At this first post we will talk about one of our product specialties: the organic frozen fruits and vegetables.

DELICIOUS FRUITS: Our IQF strawberries are organic certified, healthy, clean, stems removed and individually frozen. The product is ready for direct consumption or can be use as industrial raw material.

The IQF Raspberries represent the Heritage, Rubi and Autumn Blis varieties. The product is NOP and IFOAM certified.

TASTY VEGETABLES: By the other hand regarding the vegetables the IQF Pumpkin relay taste great . The varieties are: Butternut , Red Hokkaido and Criolla. It´s clean peeled, seeded, cut (cubes), bleached by immersion, and subsequent individual frozen.

The IQF Brocoli includes the following categories: Di Cicco, Iron and Legacy. It´s healthy, clean, without stems and leaves, bleached by immersion, and subsequent individual frozen. Bleached product, uncooked, for direct consumption or as industrial raw material.

Others IQF products are: carrots, diced beet, diced sweet potato and broccoli puree.
